Ryan, was extremely helpful and walk me through each step including the timing and what I needed to do for the next few days in order to keep my Loan and approval moving forward. He was also helpful in working out a lower interest rate as well. I’ve worked with Ryan Silbernagel twice now, once on my first mortgage and then a refinance. He has been nothing short of amazing each time. He is thourough, kind and very knowledgeable.
