Ryan, was extremely helpful and walk me through each step including the timing and what I needed to do for the next few days in order to keep my Loan and approval moving forward. He was also helpful in working out a lower interest rate as well. I would be living comfortable in my new Manufactured home if it was not for all the work Ryan did for me and working with the escrow company. If you are considering buying a new or pre owned manufactured home, Ryan is the guy you want on your side! Thank you Ryan!
I’ve worked with Ryan Silbernagel twice now, once on my first mortgage and then a refinance. He has been nothing short of amazing each time. He is thourough, kind and very knowledgeable. Ryan Silbernagel at MHLoans qualified us for a loan to make an offer in 2017. The deal didn’t go through, and we changed realtors. Later that same year we found our home and I told our agent to cal Ryan- we hit done quick, at the best rate, professionally.
