I absolutely love my nails done by Christie! She’s so sweet and really took the time to listen to me. I wanted my nails to look naturally pretty and also not be harsh on them — and she delivered both! Unlike other LA shops, she was so gentle and careful with my natural nails. They still feel healthy, and I left with the prettiest set. I can’t wait to come back!

THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER,THEY USE THE SAME TOOLS FOR THE ALL CUSTOMERS…WHEN BRINGING IT UP THE OWNER TILD ME THAT I COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT!!!ALSO THEY DO NOT CLEAN OUT THE SPA CHAIRS!…….NOT A CLEAN PLACE AT ALL!

Nails were uneven. Manager told me that's how my toes were. 😂 I tried to give this place a 2nd chance. Overpriced for the work that they don't do. Don't be slow and do a horrible job. Smh.

Came here today and the 2 lady’s there had a nasty attitude, I returned because my 3 nails had fallen, I just got them done a week ago, got the pedicure as well and supposedly it was gel and it already looks terrible, paid too much money for nothing. The 2 lady’s there gave me dirty looks when I was polite. Never coming back
