Barnes came highly recommended from our friends. They are very professional, timely and fairly priced. Every time they have come to our home, they have fixed the problem with as little hassle as possible.

Echoing other reviews -- I wouldn't recommend Barnes Plumbing. They installed a sump pump battery backup in my house in November 2022 and it started beeping with an error message in December 2024. When someone from Barnes came out in January 2025, they said the battery was dead and should have lasted 5 years but they couldn't do anything about it because the manufacturer only had a 1 year warranty. They said it would cost over $500 to replace a battery that was only 2 years old and was defective. And then they charged me $13... read more
