I called to schedule an appointment for my AC to be turned on. The woman who answered the call was extremely rude, I was trying to explain my situation to her and she was becoming very anxious. She got an attitude with me and when I gave it back to her she began yelling at me then hung up. This is very unprofessional for a business.
This is a great company. But an employee whose name I believe is Jeremy gives the entire brand a bad name. He has no respect for the people who interact with him and need to learn to take a shower once in a while
