I called to schedule an appointment for my AC to be turned on. The woman who answered the call was extremely rude, I was trying to explain my situation to her and she was becoming very anxious. She got an attitude with me and when I gave it back to her she began yelling at me then hung up. This is very unprofessional for a business.
This is a great company. But an employee whose name I believe is Jeremy gives the entire brand a bad name. He has no respect for the people who interact with him and need to learn to take a shower once in a while
Had this company install a new HVAC unit in my house. The unit has worked but not without issues. The heater has been great but AC unit is another story. Several issues with it and its only 2 years old. Had several issues with initial installation which techs have come out and tried to resolve but as of this writing it is not working in 100 degree heat. I feel a new unit should not have "issues".
