Do not call them if you have a mobile home. They will work on your unit, charge you to tell you the breaker is tripped, but if anything goes wrong and needs to be replaced, they will tell you "per company policy they do not work on mobile homes."
We needed an after hours call, our AC went out on a Friday night. After being told they might not have enough refrigerant for our unit, they said they would be able to make it. The technician said he needed to make a quick run back to the shop and then would be on his way to us.
