5 star service from start to finish. I went to buy an engagement ring and of course being a man I had no idea what I was looking for. They were very patient, informative and professional. They helped me pick the perfect ring and setting. I propose Friday after Thanksgiving, and needless to say she YES and loved the ring. I highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
I went into the shop to get a battery for my Speidel watch that was sitting in the drawer for over 2 years. After the battery was replaced it still wasn't working, so Michael first checked the electronics, which was OK and then put my watch into a machine that sped the watch through 24 hours in 5 minutes. That did the trick. Michael was very patient and professional. Enjoyed the visit.
