Not sure where the good reviews are coming from, do they pay people to do them? I’ve complained about my violent and belligerent neighbors, who have not let me live in peace for 4 years, many times. With just the initial complaint being responded to, then being completely ignored for 5 months while sending complaint after complaint. Had to resort to calling the police.
