n June 2020, I purchased a condo in a Riverside community that was managed by Shelley Skaggs of MGR. From the moment I moved in, it was obvious that the complex had been neglected by the property manager for a very long time. The dumpsters were overflowing and there were constant piles of trash on the ground, the pool wasn't being serviced regularly, and there was a homeless encampment on the property. One of the worst companies ever and I won't recommend for anybody ... They managed my property for some time where one of the tenants didn't pay the rent for 4 months till they went out finally by law and till today MGR couldn't get the outstanding rent back (3 years ago!!) what I get is that it is in collections and they can't reach the tenant !!? Absolutely the worst management company on the entire World.and I've lived on 8 different states.. Marissa is Rude and Unprofessional. O even spoke with the so called General Manager(who knows if she was) Bullies. They tried to down play me and act lime the problems at 14433 Mojave Lane were not major but I have mold , faulty wiring ,water problems and a lot more unsafe and unsanitary conditions at this addresses.
