The service I received from this company as a clock repair service is very subpar. I contacted this business because the center weight and chain on my ****** ****** grandfather clock had fallen off. Granted the ****** ****** company recommended this company. I have since informed them of the service I received. Also the trip charge and the service charge is independent of each other.
