FRAUDULENT BILLING and PUTTING YOUR PATIENTS AT RISK!!!!!! Dr. Aguilera may be good. Her staff is horrible. Phone calls are never answered. So frustrated with the voicemail system that I started pressing buttons and this allowed me to unintentionally access their internal voicemail system and listen to patient messages! I love this doctor so much and my daughter loves them too. Very helpful and super great service.
Never answers the phone when help is needed the most!!!
The receptionist was completely rude! We came from Fort Lauderdale for our first visit and talked to the receptionist 3 days prior to confirm insurance and when we arrived we were told they did not accept it. Worst is that we waited 3 months! Plus they NEVER answer the phones.
