It took Suzanna only 23 minutes to wash, cut and style my hair. One side is shorter than the other. I feel like she didn't take the time to do a good job. That was the first and last time I will go there.
I was recommended MGN Hair Studio through a family member. Suzana is an amazing hairstylist. Really does an amazing job with my balayage. Salon is clean, relaxed and warm environment where you can come to enjoy a bit of TLC.
This was my first time at this salon and it turned out to be a complete disaster. I am utterly heartbroken and furious at the way my hair was butchered — yes, butchered is the right word. I asked Suzanne for a long bob and even showed her clear Pinterest references, but she clearly had no intention to listen or even try to deliver what I asked.
