MGMT has been great! I have been living at their property in West Hollywood and they have been super responsive with communication regarding any maintenance issues or questions. Very happy so far!
If you’re looking for the bare minimum in property management—MGMT is the gold standard. They kicked things off by double-charging us for rent their very first month. No heads-up, no apology—just a random extra withdrawal. When we followed up, they shrugged and said it wasn’t their fault. Fantastic start. This management company has been very difficult to deal with since day one. We were lied to about the zoning of the space for our rental which actually belonged to the neighbors. Then they lied and misled us for several months on the resolve of this issue. They never returned phone calls about maintenance requests and concerns. Once leaving us locked in and out of our driveway gate to the house for days. They are aggressive with inspections. Overall lack of professionalism and care. I am not impressed. When MGMT took over my buildings property management it was at the last minute and like three days before rent was due. I had already paid my rent to the previous property management company, I emailed and texted MGMT about the problem because I wanted a written record. MGMT never bothered getting back to me and I had to call multiple times to get the issue resolved. A couple of days ago I received a note on my door that everybody in the building now needs to remove their stored items in their parking spo... read more
