This management company has been very difficult to deal with since day one. We were lied to about the zoning of the space for our rental which actually belonged to the neighbors. Then they lied and misled us for several months on the resolve of this issue. They never returned phone calls about maintenance requests and concerns. I am not impressed. When MGMT took over my buildings property management it was at the last minute and like three days before rent was due. I had already paid my rent to the previous property management company, I emailed and texted MGMT about the problem because I wanted a written record. MGMT never bothered getting back to me and I had to call multiple times to get the issue resolved. A couple of days ago I received a note on my door that everybody in the building now needs to remove their stored items in their parking spo... read more
