I just have to say I’ve used this company for a long time, And Dispatch does not know how to send the right operators out to my foundation with the right material or machines. I had to give a bad rating to Elizabeth and the new Dispatch named Ashley, very demanding and very obstructive when it comes to trying to get our services, I would not read this company to anyone
MGM is an outstanding company and has helped me quite a bit on my job sites. Multiple times have I needed help for emergency inspections and pre planned work. They have always come through and made it happen. Fred, Brianna and Juan have always had a great attitude and saved my butt. I will continue to use MGM.
