If you buy or rent a property they manage, you should know that you will lose sleep over how poor the communication is, how they don't cash your checks, and how they won't return calls. My investment is going down the drain because they run the Homeowners Association. Note: We have not been able to get anything related to our Homeowners Association from them, they keep ducking our calls, and they are actually preventing us from managing our properties. My wife and I used MGM from 2015-2017 to manage our property. Bar none one of the worst companies we have ever done business with. Horrible communication skills, questionable use of family members for maintenance, allowing tenants out of signed leases because of your “friendships”. Hopefully things have changed.
