Went in to get my oil changed at MGM or I guess now valvoline. They insisted I need dexos full synthetic when I have always used dexos semi synthetic, since the free oil changes at the dealership. They tried to charge me $82 for an oil change I paid $36(with coupon) for the last time I came there. They gave me a whole $12 off wow! I paid twice the amount I did last time. I had been going here for about the last year. No issues until I go to another shop because of relocating...the mechanics come out to me in shock and tell me they’re surprised my engine didn’t blow! THERE WAS NO FILTER! MGM is the last and only place I’ve gone for the last year. Mind blown. Never going again.

Do not go here if you expect your vehicle to be greased. These guys are too lazy to do it because most people don't know the difference. They change the oil and top off the fluids but that's about it.
Always a great job, been going there for 10 years, prompt and great service, usually in and out in 30 minutes
Used to be a great place to get your old changed and the oil change part is still great... It's just they got oil foot prints on my carpet and oil/grease on my door handle.... Not good guys... And my steering wheel!
