my mortgage was completed within 40 days, it is pretty fast, tho there was small obstacle, finally we went through it. Josh is a good guy, easy to communicate, has patience to explain my questions. Overall, it is satisfying.
If I could give Eulalio T***** 10 stars I would. I've used Eulalio several times and he always go above and beyond helping me. He is professional, prompt, and very courteous. He is a no-no sense kind of guy. You can tell he knows what he is doing and that he loves what he does. I call him a miracle helper. I will most definitely call upon him for any future issues and I will continue to refer him to anyone who needs any loan services.
Horrible experience. I am 4 months into my refinance and I cannot get my loan officer of the Elk Grove office, Faayé A******* to call me back. This process has been like pulling teeth. Every time I follow up for an update I’m not contacted back until days later. His assistant John B. C************* has stopped answering my calls. This process has been prolonged and pushed out I’ve already been charged an additional $260 from my current lender due to the duplicate documents that have to be re-requested monthly. The entire process to refinance was stress free. The contact for updates regarding the materials/documents needed from my husband and I were easy to provide thru E-Sign. The phone contact and email updates were great as to keeping us relax as the Loan approached Closing. In our opinion, American Financial is FIVE STAR QUALITY.

Mortgage broker had 24 hours to respond to an already existing letter for update so we could make offer on house. 5 messages later I get a response saying they will review and update etc and call me back in a couple of hours (this was around 4pm). This agent KNEW we had to move NOW- the market is INSANE and this was our 15th attempt to bid on a house before house going under contract with someone else....its 4pm the following day as I write this and still no word.
