We had a wonderful experience with ******* at American Financial. He made suggestions and provided figures for other options which benefited us and one we had not considered. He kept us informed about our refinance along the way and ****, his support staff, was a pleasure to deal with. We made a mistake late in the process that could have cost us our refinance but he went to bat for us and we were able to able to close. We would highly recommend.
