Kim and her team were very determined to help me get a home of my own. I am 63, and disabled. I have a pace maker/defibulator in my chest and explained to her that I did not think I could qualify for a home. I told her I would love to qualify because buying is truly cheaper than renting. She and her team worked with me and explained everything that was happening the whole way. They are a great team to work with. Nervous as I was, they carried me and helped the whole way. 5 star all the way.
