Most unprofessional company to deal with! Stay Away!!! I was quoted a set written price for my exact dates at a FontaineBleau property they manage in Miami, was assured everything was in order and to proceed with booking my flights from NY to Miami. As soon as my flights were booked, the manager Michael (who was extremely rude & has no business in this industry) told me that I had to pay $2,000 more or he would cancel the reservation. I have reported this business to BBB as well.
