Miguel’s heart is in the right place but it seems like he’s overwhelmed, attention to detail becomes compromised. Also don’t appreciate how he started ghosting us after agreeing to refund approximately $400 for an oversight on the project.
My GC hired Miguel Saldivar at MGM Innovation to install quartz countertops. I was not given quartz but was given Resin. I paid 6k for resin!! His team broke the countertops during installation and refused to replace them until I purchased more material. He then charged me retail for another slab of quarts to replace my broken island. wouldn't even give me his cost on material. His workers would run from the house so they did not have to talk to me after working. terrible work no integrity.
