Outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the manager of Norfolk shop, to the finished product. We needed a piece of granite to be cut-to-size and polished for a small fireplace hearth, and another smaller piece for a separate surface, which we were to install ourselves. This sweet, soft spoken lady took us out to the remnant yard, waited for us to have a look at *everything* (two or three times over) and then helped us choose when she saw the opportunity to make a suggestion-which she was exactly right! After trying to deal with another company that wasn't responding to our calls, we called MGL Granite. They were wonderful to work with and made our granite hearth quickly, and at less than 1/2 the cost we had been quoted elsewhere. Excellent company!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very unprofessional and did not deliver the quality promised. I specifically requested a quartz countertop for my kitchen, but the material they installed is questionable. It stains easily, and within just a month, it is already leaking and falling apart. The installation was done poorly, without proper caulking or sealing, resulting in an ugly and disturbing appearance. I cannot endorse their services.
