I have been training with Mike since October and it’s been great! The environment is very clean and professional. Nutrition is a struggle for me and Mike has been helping me a lot. I did his 10 day juice cleanse and lost almost 20lbs. The watermelon juice was my favorite!! Any questions I have I can send an email or a text and he responds in a timely manner. He helped me correct my posture with certain exercises to avoid injury. Mike just does and exceptional job and I look forward to my workouts. 😊

Mike is very dedicated, welcoming, and full of so much knowledge when it comes to fitness and health. With any goal I'm trying to reach, he thoughtfully puts together a plan for me. He also offers at-home videos on YouTube if you are not able to work out in the gym. Whether you are wanting to lose, gain, or tone, I highly recommend it!!
