Became a new patient at Mason Clinic. Everyone was friendly, receptive and responsive. Within an hour and a half of arriving I had seen my provider, had my blood drawn, and had an x ray.
Went in on a Monday for possible broken bone in foot. Now it’s Friday and they still don’t have my X-rays. Care team won’t help, radiology won’t help. Out of work, stuck sitting with no diagnosis so I cannot be excused from work or make a recovery plan. I can’t even treat myself with a walking boot because no X-rays. Worst experience with a medical clinic ever. Not going to recommend to anyone who wants a care team to care.
Doctors and staff always take care of me.
While taking my mother in law in to the clinic, my grandson and I were sitting in the waiting room, watching videos on my phone with the volume barely up enough for us to hear. The rude lady behind the desk on the bottom floor decided to approach me and ask me to stop playing it because of other people not wanting to hear it. Then proceeded to argue with me.
