New patient several months ago that relocated to the area. Had just finished my 3rd round of clomid and was looking to continue care in efforts of becoming pregnant. Due to my PCOS and anovulation, I told the OB my hx and menstruation diary. She wanted to run a progesterone level because apparently my nursing background and knowledge of my own body wasn't enough for her. My husband went to Dr. Soha to establish care and for his annual. When he got home he told me they charged him a copay. I was like, it's not legal to charge you a copay for an annual visit per the ACA. I then asked if he got orders for cloud work, he said no. He said the doctor said he looked healthy and didn't need it. I then thought that maybe the did not do an annual. Well I called yesterday and was told they have it coded as an annual. This clinic should not be allowed to operate. The dr. Trevor Kwan Is a clown. He has no business offering medical advice in any capacity! Providence hospital will not take his referrals. With that said. I have attempted to make appointments and try to get another referral from this so called doctor/ clinic many times and they would not respond.
