So far do good.No real issues.
Mason clinic (NOT the main hospital or ER) has always taken care of my many ailments. Although there is a couple of things that need some attention, the staff are well coordinated, friendly, and knowledgeable! Since they built the clinic (to help with the major overload of the ER) it had significantly improved the quality of life for many residents, including myself. A++++
I have rated Mason Clinic 4 stars, since I've had good experiences here overall. However, this review is specifically regarding Behavioral Health. I worked with Tyler Stewart in Behavioral Health. For much of our time working together, I valued our therapeutic relationship and found much of our work helpful. Unfortunately, after one difficult session resulted in a significant rupture in that relationship, I spent several weeks reflecting on what had happened and wrote a respectful letter to help us repair it.
