I was literally one minute late from my appointment this morning at 7:30 am due to unknown road repair delay! the appointment was for a referral, didn't even need an exam or anything, but was turned away and sent home! It took 2 months to get the appt. That is ridiculous! 😡😡😡
The doctors here are good, and the front desk staff are good, but the policies of this clinic are ridiculous. I was literally 2 minutes late for my scheduled appointment (which was scheduled months in advance because they are booked so far out) and was told there is NO grace period and I would have to reschedule! My appointment time was 2:15 and the receptionist had to look at my number slip to see when it was pulled to verify that it was after 2:15. While being g 90iles from home, I needed medical help for an infected wound. Nice doctor fixed me up. Gave 4 stars for the long 2 hour wait time.
Became a new patient at Mason Clinic. Everyone was friendly, receptive and responsive. Within an hour and a half of arriving I had seen my provider, had my blood drawn, and had an x ray.
