I usually have good experiences but want to put this out there to advocate for yourself and double check your own results. Had a UA and the culture grew a certain bacteria, in this document, it lists antibiotics susceptible or resistant to the bacteria. The antibiotic I was prescribed was quite literally resistant to this. I expressed my concerns through their version of my chart and received a call from a MA that wasn’t the provider I saw and she tried to tell me it was susceptible to it. My caregiver always gets me in when I need her. Comfortable and friendly.
When my father needed pain control they tried bullying him into hospice instead of helping him. They told him it would be better for him to die! How uncaring, unprofessional, disrespectful could any place be? This took the first place prize from any of the hundreds of medical facilities I have ever experienced! Choose another place!
DON'T EVER GO HERE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY!!! They charged my insurance anywhere from $2500 a session to $1500. Even with 20% copay to me that's an absolutely outrageous bill. They should be ashamed!!! Go around the corner to Shelton Physical Therapy. On top of that, Mason Clinic are absolutely horrific with their billing. They don't list what the charges are for, what the appt dates were.
