The staff at this facility are always exceptional. It’s a bit less hectic than the main campus on Fruit Street, but I prefer coming here because the people are accommodating, understanding and empathetic. There’s plenty of parking and there’s a pleasant waiting area. To the folks who work here- please keep it up and thanks so much for what you do!
This is a bright, clean, modern facility, however my lone experience there left a very poor impression. I arrived 5 min early(6:45AM on a Sunday) and found the door locked. A sing directed me to press a button, but none was evident. After pressing a few of what may have been buttons, I was buzzed in. I entered and seemed to be alone. I walked a bit and saw a receptionist behind glass slider (cracked open a couple inches. She checked my name, dob, license and gave be a wrist band. Then nothing. This facility has been accommodating for everyime the appointment had to be reschedule and that's been alot,transportation, sickness and weather. This staff is great and the technician are also great. Thank you Chelsea Mri. Sherrie
