One star for the man working receptionist. The rest of the staff deserve 5 stars but i can only give one due to how rude, arrogant, and disrespectful he behaved towards me. absolutely despicable.
the man who works front desk, Chris, needs to be fired. he’s on a total power trip and every time i’ve had to go in he has been extremely unprofessional and rude. the other day i was 2 minutes late, arrived 12 minutes before my appointment, 2 MINUTES SHORT IF THE 15 MINUTE WAIT TIME. I can not speak for the clinic care. I can say the condescending attitude and amazing ineptness with whatever his responsibilities were at the front desk. It was enough for me to never want to come back. Pat yourself on the back Chris!!! Your service wasn't even 1 star worthy. My damn insurance company who you talked to on the phone on a recorded line were also blown away by your professionalism and urge me to utilize this recorded call and file a complaint.
