One star for the man working receptionist. The rest of the staff deserve 5 stars but i can only give one due to how rude, arrogant, and disrespectful he behaved towards me. absolutely despicable.
the man who works front desk, Chris, needs to be fired. he’s on a total power trip and every time i’ve had to go in he has been extremely unprofessional and rude. the other day i was 2 minutes late, arrived 12 minutes before my appointment, 2 MINUTES SHORT IF THE 15 MINUTE WAIT TIME. He spoke to me extremely disrespectfully and said it’s my first warning. This is the 4th or 5th time he has made my visit to my doctor extremely unpleasant and stressful.
