It seems they have issues understanding what you've told them and they don't look back on your old records I was told today that I was anemic I've been told that for many years this is not new also that I'm losing blood there's no evidence of blood in my stool I'm not vomiting blood and I did have about with a little stomach flu or I threw up this has nothing to do with stomach medicine I'm taking the fact that I have to take so many ibuprofen to compensate for an anti-inflammatory that they feel they weren't able to prescri... read more
I am so sorry I was late for my 4:30 appt today by 5-6 minutes. The clinic door was locked and shut and dark inside but suppose to be open until 5pm. I knocked on the door louder and the receptionist came to the door and said I was marked as a no show cause he told me to check in at 4:15 and he said it was almost 4:40. I looked at the time, it was 4:37 then. He showed me a sign that said patients must arrive by the scheduled time but repeatedly said he told me to checking at 4:15, so I asked.. the sign says by scheduled time... read more
I have not been in clinic for a couple of years. I moved out of area. I currently live in Marysville. But miss Dr Dan he.was a great man helped me through a lot of problems. Wish I was still in area he’s the best doctor I’ve seen. Thank you
First visit today and I am impressed! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Loved Dr. Burris and appreciate that he listened to my concerns rather than rushing me through the visit. It's scary to change PCPs but I left my appt feeling like I made a great choice. My blood draw was the easiest I've ever experienced, too. Overall, very pleased with every aspect of this experience. Thank you!
The worst experience I have ever encountered in a medical facility. The receptionist was rude and disrespectful when I showed up for my appointment. He handed me a stack of papers to fill out and said that I needed to reschedule my appointment because I was five minutes late. This would be the last place I would consider having medical treatment. The receptionist is a disgrace to the medical community. Shame shame on him for being insensitive to a patient needs. and I emphasize shame on him.
