Everyone seems very nice and attentive thank you ☺️ I was called by the office because I Did not do my labs like I was supposed to, but it was their concern
I see how several people have had a problem being late and being told to reschedule. They blame the receptionist for being rude, but honestly who’s the rude one here? He’s just the messenger, who has been told to get patients in on time. Being late affects the whole rest of the day, and if you are late at the end of the day, you are making everyone work overtime. This clinic is unbelievably awful. They do not follow up on anything. You have to call them to fill a RX, they say they will do it and they don't. I tried to use a the mail order pharmacy through my insurance and they said they would reach out to the doctor to confirm the prescription. Nothing happened so I checked today and sure enough the mail order pharmacy is waiting for the dr to approve. I called the clinic and they said they had no idea there were prescriptions waiting. The absolute worst. One year to get a colonoscopy check, only to find out I have a tumor spreading the whole time! Seen the Dr. three times telling him there was something wrong that he was not finding. Now doing six months CHEMO!!!! More updates to come? DO NOT SEE THIS DR. Of course Chris K. is rude!
Call them before I called 911 no call back they where called from the ER no call back they where called when I was discharged no call back apparently a kidney infection is nun of there concern Called on feb19 again and still they refuse to make an appointment or have a Dr call back 2 time seen in er for what my Dr could have taken care of 👏👏
