When I finally needed something from Dr. Jorge Tello, I get DROPPED and now despite having Mass Health, I have no PCP and they tell me that there are NO doctors available to become my PCP. Imagine health care providers that can just shut the door on your face at a moment's notice.
Awful. I had an appointment booked for something pretty important, paid a cab to come here, and they decided to cancel it a couple of days before without informing me! People at front desk and the manager didn’t seem to want to do much about it and were pretty unhelpful. Said they called and I never received anything. If you want serious and compassionate service, avoid this place.
I have been a patient for over ten years and the care I have received over the years has been excellent. Starting with the Front desk. David, Ilvin, Melissa and Kia are always helpful when I need to schedule or leave a concern for the Nurse On Call. Megan and Nancy the are always very helpful when I need advice on the phone about an ailment or any health issue. I love my PCP Dr. Lauren Abbate! over the years. I just called but the answering machine was saying,,, The office is just currently closed,,but their schedule is until 5pm🤣🤣🤣🤔🤔🤔
