The staff is incredibly incompetent and lazy, especially in the immigration medicine section.
⸻ One star is honestly too much for the kind of treatment I received from Ms. Milagros Escobar. I left that place feeling angry, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable — instead of helping people who come looking for support, she seemed to take pleasure in being rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Im here at 5pm on Wednesday and no one is here. I’m here waiting to get bloodwork done there is another woman here and no one to help us even though they are opened until 7pm
