Im here at 5pm on Wednesday and no one is here. I’m here waiting to get bloodwork done there is another woman here and no one to help us even though they are opened until 7pm
It's not actually an Urgent Care center. They say it is on their website and signage, but they are lying. When they bill your insurance, they code it is as "outpatient hospital", not as "urgent care," meaning you will pay a much higher co-pay (10x as much, in our case). In most cases it's cheaper if you just go to the ER. MGH call centers urge you to go here instead of the ER, but that's only because they can charge you more. We will never go here again, and we've asked the MA Attorney General's office to investigate them fo... read more
