Absolutely ridiculous. They do NOT take patients on any controlled substances even if provided by another doctor. Should have stated this on the application. Waiting months for nothing. Not even a courtesy call that they rejected me. Good luck if you see a psychiatrist or a pain doctor. This practice has no right to dictate meds prescribed by another doctor.
Dr. Freeman and his nursing staff have been truly great to me on every occasion. Sometimes you have to be persistent to get on the phone with the right person, but they are worth it. Four stars because the "gatekeeper" is often Pat at the front desk, and she is capricious, airing more consistently on the side of rude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Freeman for many years now. I have been very very happy with him and his staff, as I have had many many terrible experiences with other doctors and offices. I have never had a problem with prescriptions, getting an appointment, a referral, and they always follow up with tests/labs. So thankful I found him, and I would recommend him to everyone.
