While driving to work, one of MGE’s trucks was driving in a closed construction lane next to me (they were not working on the construction) and dusted my car for about a mile, while doing this they threw up a rock and cracked my window. Hi Samantha, we’re very sorry for your cracked windshield. As we mentioned to you, our advisement has been that rock damage to windshields is considered a roadway hazard and responsibility is generally not applied to the vehicle which may have kicked up the rock since the rock was already in the roadway. We have had many of our own windshields cracked over the years and have always had to pay for the repairs ourselves. We now train our drivers to maintain a large buffer zone around our vehicles. Great company! Very courteous staff and very attentive to their clients needs.
Never seen a more rude, obstructive, and secretive group of people. They closed our street without notice, and when asked politely, responded with rude comments. Hopefully, they never work up here again. They will get free advertising!
I have been told this is a great company to work for. The treat everyone like family. My husband loves working for them
