Since whatever happened on Pauling Street either the storms or something. We have been without power for 8 hours straight and MG&e can't even tell us when our power will be put back on and it's really hot in our apartment complex. Not just here but my neighbor's next door and so on and so on. Not happy with MG&e at all
Power goes down all the time and takes days to restore even with simple rain
Trash customer service. Folks will lie and management will cover for them. Had an employee pretend to go get a manager and then came back as the manager. Resolved my needs with little to no support from MGE staff.
