Just an absolute disgrace of a company. Lord forbid a 60yo has a billing mishap, they turned my mother's power off right at the end of the day not even a knock at the door and wanted medical verification to get it turned back on the same night and still denied after doing so. Thank God she could go to a neighbors house to use her nebulizer to breathe. Absolutely disgusting.
Power outage lasting for 3 days and counting. Downed power lines trees down. For 3 days there has been a mge truck and a person sitting in the truck for 24/7. Hope he can handle the work load. Wow can I have that job. Good job for the ceo. mge should be ashamed. Terrible customer service.
