They never helped the community. In fact, I know a young lady that try to bring a great idea to this company only for them to be little her and put her down. This company is down right extreme and they don’t care about people struggling.
Just an absolute disgrace of a company. Lord forbid a 60yo has a billing mishap, they turned my mother's power off right at the end of the day not even a knock at the door and wanted medical verification to get it turned back on the same night and still denied after doing so. Thank God she could go to a neighbors house to use her nebulizer to breathe. Absolutely disgusting.
