I am the treasurer of the HOA. MGD is an ineffective and very unprofessional management company. Their shortcomings span poor customer service, unprofessional communication, and a lack of respect, resulting in numerous complaints. Management is awful and incompetent. There's frequent problems with them paying water bills owed to the city village. Also, if there's any issues going on they won't have any clue on what to do and they will be rude to you over the phone.
Stay far away from this HOA ,repairs take 6 to 7 months .Don't return calls or reply to email ...
