Since our board of directors unanimously voted to employ MGD Property Specialists, Randy, Dave and April have provided excellent responsiveness to requests for service. As President of our HOA and being in almost daily contact with their team, I am totally overwhelmed by how easy it is to get things accomplished so that our Buildings, grounds and common areas are well maintained. I would encourage everyone to take a look at this company when looking for a new management company.

HOA BOARDS BE AWARE: STAY AWAY FROM HIRING THIS LOW FEE MANAGEMENT COMPANY! They aren’t worth any penny. I have lived at Lakeside Condos at Walden for 19 years and have seen quite a few property management companies come and go. With the cooperation of our board President Jim, MGD has been instrumental at getting things done and cleaned up around here. Projects that were previously in limbo have now been completed. Randy and Dave at MGD answer emails quickly and are very attentive to the individual concerns of the owners.
