Scammers! My daughter lived there for 5 months before being transferred to Chicago. They charged her $980 out of $1000 secuity deposit because of a door that was broken before she moved in. They attempted to repair twice but failed. And she was charged for a scuff mark at the front door and other normal wear and tear. They are a scam and disgrace. The worsest property management in Kansas City area. Tenants who rented with this property beware. Please make sure you video tape everything prior moving out from your premises. They will come later to charge you things that was damaged after you done a walkthrough with them. A bunch of unprofessional money hungry that will nickel and dime you to death.
