I would not do business with this company again. Service manager Adam will not respond to inquires. I can only hope the roof lasts longer than their promises
This company replaced my roof about 8 years ago. It now leaks horribly in two separate places. When I had an expert out, I found out that these idiots never put flashing between the roof and the siding. The expert couldn't believe it! He did not call it shoddy; he called it negligent and unethical work. I now know that I was completely taken advantage of while paying top dollar.
House is 14 months old. Had shingles blow off at 8 months, repaired under warranty. 6 months later the same section has blown off and company told me to make a homeowner's claim. They will not stand behind their work or warranty their "repairs". AVOID
Just a note to thank you for an excellent job on my roof! Your crew was very professional and courteous. I was amazed at how clean the crew kept my yard and upon their departure, you never knew all the work that had been done. Our house now looks beautiful! Thank you
Great Experience with this Business. I had my roof replaced with this company and the salesman who came to give me a quote was very nice and knowledgeable. The work was completed on schedule and I did not have any issues throughout the process. Would recommend to friends/family.
The workers were excellent. Sales and management very poor. After some problems with the salesmen I contacted the boss he stated he would stop by the house while the work was being done. He never came and to this day we have nevered recieved a phone call from them. There follow up is horrible. I'm completely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Sad thing is I would of based on the workers but I cant seeing how management is so poor.
