I love lol surprise they're so cute and pretty but my favorite lol doll of all time is spice
I’m shocked to read these horrible reviews… I was a Bratz dolls fan since 2004 and I was little and not once did MGA disappoint me, I was the happiest kid and adored the company. It makes me sad to know that people experience these weird things with them… Buying Bratz dolls till this day and everything’s great.
Terrible customer service. Christmas present was missing a piece and after lying twice about sending a replacement for months they told me it was now out of warranty and they wouldn't do anything. Filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer beware. They don't stand behind their products. After months of trying to do it the right way, I bought a new one, took the piece I needed and returned it. They can fight with the retailer about the credit now.
👎Disgusting staff. Very bad attitude. They call a tow truck without understanding the situation.👎
