Very disappointing experience on 1st Oct 2026, 2PM appointment with Dr. Goran. I had confirmed the appointment weeks in advance and sent my new patient form, X-ray from 7th April 2026, and dental records from May and August by email, as requested, so the dentist could review beforehand. On arrival, I was asked to fill in the new patient form again. I had to show the email attachment on my phone for the front desk to photograph. My first and last visit to MGA Dental was with Dr Daniella. I was told with the decay in one molar the tooth should be pulled out and then expect to consider root canal treatment, which would have been expensive. I had no pain or sensitivity to hot or cold at this point and told her I would seek another opinion as I did not want to lose the tooth and refused to have it pulled out.
