I joined Maria's class not knowing what to expect and I can say I have not been disappointed: her classes are well thought and I always leave feeling refreshed. She cares a lot about her students and modifies exercises to suit each one's ability/injuries

I've been attending yoga classes for over nine months now and still enjoy the teachings, mindfulness and care Maria takes into planning each class. She truly cares for her students in a professional enjoyable environment. And the best thing is how my flexibility and confidence in my own body has increased, while my back pain has decreased.

Maria's classes are always well planned and organised with everyone's well-being taken into account. She really cares about her students and is willing and able to work with everyone's different levels of comfort. I always leave her classes calm and relaxed with my body feeling strong and capable.

After only a few classes with Maria I was noticing I had much more flexibility and strength. I also found that my back pain had gone and I was able to get back into doing the things I enjoy again. Marias guidance is excellent as she takes the time to show you one on one how to get into the correct poses. The classes are very enjoyable and I always look forward to the next one.
