They were super informative with my home buying needs.
Martin helped us with our first home purchase he was always very helpful and available he made everything move forward very fast and easy .
I live in one of the apartment complexes that they manage. The apartments look good on the surface. The leasing staff is rude and unconcerned. The maintenance team is slow and they use excuses like "he must've forgot" and there's a rusted pipe coming out the ceiling in the bathroom that they say is in every 2 and 3 bedroom apartment and it's supposed to drip into my daughter's tub whether she's in the shower or not. They don't care how unsanitary this is.
Martin just recently found a home for our family that we are very excited about moving into..we are 1st time home buyers & Martin & everyone involved were of great help from answering every kind of question we had to making sure we were comfortable & at ease with our choices, we loved that he made us feel very comfortable about going to him for anything, he always made sure we understood everything about buying a house, he would call & update us on what would come nxt, keeping us posted on what was required from us as well, ... read more
