asked to get my gel x taken off. i was charged $15 to do the bare minimum (filing the nail off with the machine) my nails were not even buffed , and you can till feel and see linear ridges on my nails. i asked nicely if they could buff my nails and she stared at me and said no, and then said for $5 extra. which i did not do. i’ve gotten my nails done for years and for this to be an “acceptable” form to leave my nails clearly shows that they care about speed and money, not the condition of your service.

Chelsea did an amazing job on my gelx extension and nail design. She is very detailed oriented, patient, and professional throughout the process. The shape, length, and design came out exactly how I wanted. I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Highly recommend Chelsea if you want gorgeous nail and great service!
