I couldn't be happier with my experience. The ring is gorgeous and perfectly matched my fiancée's vision. The consultation process was very smooth and I got the sense that Michael is a very honest and straightforward guy, and that we were in good hands. The design process of receiving a 3D rendering to preview it and give feedback was very helpful too. We will definitely be back in the future!
