Great stylists, but the front desk is experience was disappointing. A while ago I was haggled at the front desk over my tip on a $300 service. The receptionist told me 15% wasn't enough and continued to push for 18% even after I added more money. Being pressured for a higher tip is completely unprofessional, especially when I wasn't fully satisfied with the results.
Had an amazing experience with Eric and the MG team! Love my hair and will be booking with him again 🤍
Staff were kind but however I Asked for a specific hairstyle with layers and face framing curtain bangs however felt that I entered with the same haircut and left with the same hairstyle I came in with. Curtain bangs are too long and layers are not noticeable at all. Paid for an expensive hair wash and blow dry (looked nice only cause of setting it at the time). Hair is Back to square one now.
they took me in last minute and took care of me with Danny who did my hair exactly like i had asked! I also had pictures and descriptions of what i wanted and he got it down to a tea in my opinion! I have very thick hair and so salons haven’t been able to manage well my hair but he did amazing at roving the bulk and blunt straight lines for my lower part of my hair! Danny was super kind, quick, and knew what he was doing!
I had the most amazing experience there ! Jojo at the front desk was so helpful at every point. Ming did my haircut & also balayage along with Kevin. They are so skilled & kind, i am super happy with my balayage results :) :)
