I purchased a 93-yr historic home and called MG Constructors for a pre-sale inspection. They called out many foundation issues and gave me an estimate to correct them. Rahul was the inspector and his thoroughness, decorum, and efficiency won them my job. Disgusting and greedy practices. charged inspection, design, and permit when we already had an inspection report and it was clear my unit did not have structural damage that required a permit. massive headache to work with. stay AWAY
