It’s rear to find a contractor with a trifecta of doing things right by code, in a decent time frame and being competitive on the cost front. Giovanni is one of the rear ones. We hired MG Builders to renovate our kitchen and couldn’t be happier. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough they were on time, organized, and respectful of our home. The demo was fast, the new subfloor and tile were perfect, and they cleaned every night. Communication was excellent, daily updates and photos and they fixed every small snag immediately. Deceptive and unprofessional! I hired MG Builders in June 2025 for a $17,500 bathroom renovation. At the beginning I thought the owner was trustworthy and I was looking forward to plenty of work with them. However I was strung along from June till late August for the work to even start.
