haircut was great, stylist felt skilled (at least according to my limited experience), and hair wash felt very thorough. They have an organized coat check system once youre called so thats also a plus but it took almost an hour to be called while waiting. Felt disorganized as they didnt even take my name. i think they forgot about me cus i had to walk up and ask again before getting called. Haircut was good though so maybe ill try again and update my review.

Asked for keratin treatment, they gave me a japanese straightening which is permanent. The man doing my hair barely spoke English which I was okay with because there was supposed to be a translator. I wound up liking my hair but ultimately, something was done that I did not ask for. I genuinely feel like this salon smiled in my face and then gave me what they felt would cost more. It's a year later and I'm just now finding out what they did. Nobody asked me or had my consent to permanently change my hair. The people are nice... read more
