Memphis Filling Station has quickly become my favorite brewery in Memphis, and it's not just because the beer. It's the whole operation. Small-batch brewing done with real intention, staff who clearly care, and a tap list that isn't afraid to take chances. The standout for me was the Chanclas de Abuela, a barrel-aged Hot Mexican Chocolate Imperial Stout.
