If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my car to MFP Auto Service Burlington on Oct 17 2025 for what should’ve been a simple fix — a small nail in the tire, not even leaking. I left with more problems than I came in with. After their so-called “repair,” the tire pressure light was still on. The mechanic confidently said, “Just drive around 25 mph — it’ll go away.” It didn’t. Instead of figuring out why, he just manually cleared the warning light — as if erasing it made everything fine. Only rating five stars because I can’t rate more! James did a superb job exchanging my exhaust — super detailed, careful, and professional work. James, Nick, and the owner are all incredibly friendly and patient. They answered all my questions and kept the vibe super chill while still getting the job done efficiently.
