The building looks nice during the tour, and even as a brand new resident. Soon, though, you will start to see that it is a poorly built and poorly managed building. The air conditioning has gone out twice in a matter of a couple of weeks, taking almost a full 24 hours to fix (this is in the middle of 100+ degree days).
