Hung up in my face.
I truly love this place. Was with them my first pregnancy 10 years ago, and now with my second. They are very polite and reassuring. Work very well with you on anything. The lady at the front desk is a gem. All the nurses and counselors are wonderful. I wouldn't trust the care of my babies and myself anywhere else. They offer great services. Check them out!
Staff is very rude over the phone when you are asking about services and trying to get more information. I’m not even going to bother with attempting to go talk to them in person, that first impression alone is enough to make me want to go somewhere else. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
