Carl is awesome. Fixed hoses on the spot! Put together a puzzle of adapters in minutes.
I tend to avoid leaving my reviews in public places, but this needed to be posted due to a lack of care at this location. We have been coming to this company for years for assistance with hose orders or placing small fitting orders. If you are expecting to receive timely assistance do not speak to Carl. He has wasted my time on numerous occasions and it always results to someone else having to step in and take over the order, wasting even more of my time.
