Came out within hours of service request. Miles was thorough, explained everything clearly, and fixed our door in a flash. Highly recommended.
MF Solutions did a great job responding to our request to repair our garage door. Our house is in Chicago in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. We needed a new spring, and the technician was able to do the replacement the next day on a Saturday. They technician also provided advice on regular maintenance routines for the garage door. I would give 6 stars if I could.
MF Solutions was fantastic to work with. Had a garage door semi-emergency, called after hours and they still came for an inspection appointment the next morning. Very upfront and honest about the installation pricing and ETA, in which they actually were able to do it even sooner than estimated, which was great. Came to our house Tuesday morning and had a whole new system installed by early afternoon. Me and my wife are extremely happy with the new door and opener system! If you are in Des Plaines/Mt Prospect, Recommended!
