Great response time and wonderful customer service in Park Ridge. Miles is always super helpful and knowledgeable.
Spring broke. But door opening still functioned. I knew it wouldn't be long until it would malfunction. I called MF Solutions. Miles was my technician. He was able to come near the end of the day. And the spring replaced. And garage door parts tuned up. Saving me an emergency call, and the hassle of dealing with street parking in city of Chicago! Bravo!
This is the second time we have used MF Solutions and they are terrific. Miles was our tech on both visits and he explained everything really clearly, tested his work multiple times before he left, and was right on time. Highly recommend this company.
