Outstanding customer service! I called MF Solutions after storms in the Wheaton/Glen Ellyn/Winfield area left my garage door opener inoperable. Miles, the technician, was dispatched within a few hours. He worked relentlessly to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts needed to get the opener back online.
Miles came out so fast to Glen Ellyn, IL and replaced our sensors on the spot. Very professional, nice and quick work completed. Highly recommend!
Great Business, will definitely use them again. Had some issues with my garage door going a bit crazy and Miles H came out to Bellwood, IL to take a look. He was super professional, friendly and went over and showed me all the items that needed repair. The price was super reasonable and when he was done it felt like I had a brand new garage set up. Whether in Bellwood, or anywhere in the area, give them a call if you have any garage issues.
Alex came within a half hour of my call to fix the garage door, which would not open. He did a great job, repaired the door, oiled and checked all other parts. Alex was very professional , efficient, and courteous. He quoted me an estimate, and stuck to that price at the end. Thank you, Alex and Max.
