Finally a doctor who actually listens. Went in about my diabetes management and left feeling like I had a real plan for the first time in years. No waiting around either, appointment at 11, seen at 11. Wild concept.
Switched to Dr. Fest after getting frustrated with my old practice. She caught that my hypertension wasn't being managed properly and adjusted everything within the first visit. Great listener, doesn't rush you.
My appointments here always start on time. The staff is super knowledgeable and professional. It is always a pleasure to work with an experienced team and such a personable doctor as well. I recommend this office to all.
